Delete your Cookiva account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Cookiva and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap Delete Account.
3. Read what will be removed, then tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can't open the app?

Email cookiva.support@gmail.com from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with. We may ask you to confirm it is your account before we delete it. We will confirm by reply once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile, settings and profile photo
• Your pantry inventory, shopping lists and meal plans
• Your favourites, collections, recipes cooked and cooking progress
• Your notifications and receipt scans
• Your Cook With Me posts and photos, your likes, and any reports you filed or received
• Your Family plan membership (if you own the plan, it is deleted for everyone on it)

What is kept

• If you are an affiliate, your earnings history is kept so unpaid balances can be settled. Your name and email are removed and your code stops earning.
• Purchases are held by Google Play or the App Store, not by Cookiva. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
